Revitalization of the streetscape Krížna

The introduction of the parking policy on Krížna Street removed cars from the sidewalks and made it possible to widen the pedestrian space and replace asphalt with new paving. The sidewalks were enhanced with greenery in the form of 15 mobile planters and new street furniture. The green area at the public transport transfer hub at the intersection with Karadžičova Street was also revitalized, with improved planting areas, new street furniture, and a macadam walkway. Nearby utility cabinets were enclosed with a wooden structure.

The reconstruction of part of Krížna Street was carried out sensitively, with an emphasis on the possibility of recycling surfaces and street furniture, in view of the overall planned reconstruction of the entire street from façade to façade.
