Build the Future
The vision of a better life motivates people all over the world – from villages to large cities. Today, more people live in cities than in the countryside, and cities are growing faster than ever before. They offer countless opportunities, but they truly work only when they are created collectively by everyone.
Cities have the ability to save both time and space, enabling us to do more with fewer resources. New technologies make them even more efficient and attractive. “Smart cities” have thus become a symbol of modern urbanization – but they are not only about technology. Along with technological progress, new markets are emerging, and our behaviors are changing as well.
This development challenges us to think about how to build cities that are not only more modern, but also more sustainable and people-friendly.
